1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the FiFi mobile application (the "App") and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FiFi ("FiFi," "we," "us," or "our"), an independent service operated by its owner or a successor entity.

2. Description of the Service

FiFi is a content-driven discovery tool that enables users to identify and explore products based on content they choose to share with the Service.

The Service processes user-submitted content (such as links or media from third-party sources) to generate product recommendations and related outputs.

FiFi does not host or control third-party content and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Content

4.1 Submission of Content

The Service may allow you to submit, upload, or share content, including links or media ("User Content").

4.2 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

  • You have all necessary rights, permissions, or authority to share it
  • Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

4.3 License to Us

By submitting User Content, you grant FiFi a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, analyze, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

4.4 No Ownership Claim

You retain ownership of your User Content. FiFi does not claim ownership over it.

5. Third-Party Content and Services

The Service may involve content originating from third-party sources.

FiFi does not control such content and is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or availability.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party websites or services.

Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and those third parties.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit content you do not have the right to share
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, misuse, or exploit the Service infrastructure
  • Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or other rights

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding User Content), including software, design, branding, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to FiFi.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiFi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

FiFi does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FiFi’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service, or
  • £100

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FiFi, its operator, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, or your use poses a risk to the Service or others.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration & Class Action Waiver)

13.1 Arbitration

To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

13.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with FiFi on an individual basis only, and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
